Where we ship
We ship from Los Angeles to addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet. If you are somewhere else, please email us.
How long it takes
All orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Standard shipping usually takes 3–6 business days. Express usually takes 2–3 business days.
What it costs
Standard shipping is $8 for 1–7 cards and free on 8 or more (any mix of designs). Express is $15 on every order. Checkout shows the exact shipping cost before you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If a package hasn't moved in 5 business days, please email us at hello@bykatty.com.
