Our policy
If your cards arrived damaged in transit or are different from what you ordered, please email hello@bykatty.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund — your choice.
We are a two-person studio, so we are not currently able to accept change-of-mind returns. We hope this feels fair.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, please check with neighbors and your mail carrier first. If it doesn't turn up within 5 business days, we will reship at our cost.
